Q. NTLM Authentication Error Message

1. Open your Control Panel and select Network
   
2. Click Add.  Under Network Component Type choose Client and click Add.
   
3. Under Manufacturers, click Microsoft and select Client for Microsoft Networks in the Network Clients box.
   
4. Choose Ok. Note - this does NOT have to be set as your Primary Network Logon.
   
5. You may need to insert your Windows CD.   If prompted to overwrite newer files, choose No.  Click OK to re-boot your PC.
   
6. Next, open My Computer, and double-click to open Dial-Up Networking.
   
7. Right-click on your Dial Up connection and choose Properties.
   
8. Click on the Server Types tab.
   
9. Check the box that says Log On to Network and choose OK.
